dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to evaluate satisfaction, determine what factors that affect user satisfaction toward e-service quality of a career website, with a case study of Careerbuilder.vn, and how to apply those factors to improve Careerbuilder.vn website. The primary data of this study were collected by distributing questionnaire. Among the total of 358 respondents, there are 200 valid respondents who are used Careerbuilder.vn website. The questionnaire are distributed completely by online survey on the social network, forum of Universities or some forums of career or internship groups in Ho Chi Minh City area. This research adapted E-SERVQUAL model of Zeithaml et al. (2001, 2002). The revised model includes 32 items of seven factors (Efficiency, System available, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, Contact and Information) and 4 items of User satisfaction. The Likert five point scales, which range from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree”, was used in this research to evaluate the affecting of these factors to user satisfaction in e-service quality when using Careerbuilder.vn. Data would be analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software with frequencies, descriptive, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation and regression analysis to get the final results. In final results, there are three factors that have positive impact to user satisfaction. The Information factor is main dimension that affect user satisfaction. Some conclusions and recommendations were offered to webmasters to improve Careerbuilder.vn website.en_US
