| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is about business analysis and valuation of Thanh Cong textile-garmentinvestment-trading joint stock company (TCM), which is currently one of the leading
textile garment company in Vietnam. The thesis includes seven chapters which are
introduction, literature review, methodology, business analysis, financial analysis,
prospective analysis & valuation and the last chapter is conclusion with some
recommendation for investors.
The first three chapters will states reasons to conduct this thesis, some overview about the
company as well as the industry; also, techniques and formulas which are used in the
thesis. The Business Analysis will give readers information of the current economy
situation, industry and the company. Financial analysis chapter focuses on prevailing
operating and business of TCM as well as analyzes TCM financial statements in recent
years. From these analyses, the company actual financial health could be found out. The
next chapter includes prospective analysis & valuation in order to forecast the intrinsic
value of TCM.
From all the chapters above, the thesis will come up with conclusion as if TCM is
meritorious to be in current position and meet all its investors’ expectations. Some
