dc.description.abstract | Vietnam is joining a growing and deep world economy. Through its
international commitments, especially to the WTO, United States, Japan and a number of
bilateral agreements with other countries, Vietnam has attracted more capital foreign
direct investment; one of channels is mergers and acquisitions.
In Vietnam, this new form of investment is made only through a small
number of FDI projects. Therefore, the issue needed is how to build a legal framwork
consistent with international commitments of Vietnam to attract more FDI, contributing
to the transparency of M&A in the country, restructuring domestic enterprises in
management and administration as well as access to advanced technology in the world. | en_US |
