dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study aims to investigate the relationship between working environment, emotional exhaustion, relationship with supervisor, promotion opportunity, relationship with co-worker, salary & rewards, achievement, challenge work that effect to intention to leave through employee satisfaction. In this context, the research design is formed to measure the employee satisfaction towards intention to leave. The data was collected from 286 respondents who are employees of Gameloft (SAI1) Co., Ltd. Almost people are young labor which age from 21 to 30 years old. The data were analyzed by means of SEM analyses. Base on collected data, this study indicate that salary & rewards, achievement, challenge work have positive effect on employee satisfaction and employee satisfaction positively influences on intention to leave. However, this study shows that working environment, emotional exhaustion, relationship with supervisor, promotion opportunity and relationship with co-worker are not significantly influenced on employee satisfaction. The findings of the data were evaluated the factors have strong effect to worker‘s decision stay or leave the current company. However, this paper falls in overall research, which is uncover and the way to study is practical so that it is impossible to avoid limitations Key word: working environment, emotional exhaustion, relationship with supervisor, promotion opportunity, relationship with co-worker, salary & rewards, achievement, challenge work, employee satisfaction, intention to leave.en_US
