Examining factors influencing employee loyalty - Case study of Hung Tri joint stock company
Abstract
The technological era and technology examined through a change over these recent years, which
had made the competition in the electronic industry raised to the maximum heat. Dealing with a
harsh competitive market, several company realize that the key to success is in their employee’s
hand. Those employees played a main role in connecting and cooperating between the company
and its customers. This research study attempted to examine factors influent on employee loyalty
in Hung Tri JSC.
As a result, the empirical information found in this dissertation provides a general view about real
needs of employees in Hung Tri JSC in order to make appropriate adjustments and effective
improvement for companies to maintain stability in operation and retain talented employees.
Based on the results of the path analysis exploring the direct effects of five independent and one
dependent variable on employee loyalty, this study argues that in order to achieve high employee

In conclusion, from the experiences in process of conducting research, it point out limitations of
this study and provides helpful information for further dissertation. According to the research
findings, this study gives some recommendations to Hung Tri JSC in order to take adjustments
and improve the level of employee loyalty.
