Entrepreneurship intention of undergraduate in business administration
Abstract
The objective of this research was to explore the factors that affect
entrepreneurship intentions of students. More specifically, the object of this study is
that students living and studying in the university in the area of Ho Chi Minh City.
For the purposes and objects mentioned above, researchers have used the model of
entrepreneurial intent models from Luthje and Franke (2003) as the basis for analysis.
In particular, there are six factors were applied for studying in this research as the
Risk Factors Talking Propensity, Internal Locus Control, Attitude Towards
Entrepreneurship, Perceived Barriers, Intention Perceived Support for
Entrepreneurship Intention
With more than 300 replies result, researchers have demonstrated the
relationship between the variables listed above. In particular, individual personality
has a major influence on a person's attitude. Then, attitude towards entrepreneurship
is an important part affecting entrepreneurship intentions of students.
From the results, the study points out the limitations that may be applicable in
the further studies on this topic. The research also suggests the notices on attitudes
towards entrepreneurship for helping students get ready to step in business.
