dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to research the level of satisfaction among software engineers – the case of KMS Technology Vietnam and how to apply Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire to measuring software engineers’ satisfaction. This study attempts to discover how satisfaction dimensions effect on KMS software engineers. The Literature review was conducted to provide the theoretical framework for the research model in this study of satisfaction. Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire was chosen for measuring the customer satisfaction through 20 dimensions of satisfaction in the context of satisfaction. After collecting and analyzing 177 valid questionnaires with SPSS software, the results has showed the new construct of MSQ to measure satisfaction among software engineer in KMS, the level of satisfaction, and suggest some implications for improving satisfaction. Although there are limitations of this study, this study is hoped to contribute implications for KMS managers when they want to improve the level of satisfaction and contribute literature review about software engineers’ satisfactionen_US
