This research studies factors influencing Organizational Identification, Job Performance and Job Satisfaction of employees with a case study at An Giang Plant Protection JointStock Company (AGPPS) in Viet Nam. The agriculture industry is still playing a critical contribution into the Vietnamese economy. In recent years, a number of both domestic and foreign plant protection companies have remarkably increased. Therefore, in order to develop a sustainability strategy, AGPPS needs much more to maintain the competitive advantage in which Organizational Identification, Job Performance and Job Satisfaction of employees carry a significant role in being stable in the long term. A Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach was used to test our research hypotheses by exploring the sample size of 455 observations. The results revealed that Procedural Justice and Supervisor Autonomy Support significantly influenced Need Satisfaction and Perceived Organizational Support. And then, Need Satisfaction and Perceived Organizational Support in turn predicted Organizational Identification, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance. Specifically, we point out that another factor such as Work Engagement has a positive impact on Job Performance. Through the case study of AGPPS, this paper enables other companies to replicate by looking at key factors that help managers motivate employees to achieve high productivity and more engagement.en_US
