| dc.description.abstract | Because the impact of climate and weather on aquaculture farming areas, implicit risk from high inflation, the rise of bad loans and a number of subjective reasons in recent years, at the same time, the pressure from the rigorous regulations of export markets such as the EU and US has led to the majority of investors considering to invest in the agricultural and industrial of seafood. Choosing a seafood company to invest and can take profit is the problem which not easy to solve for investors. This thesis is performed for the purpose of evaluating and analyzing the fair value of the ABT’s shares and company's performance in the past several years as well as prospects in future by the business analysis and financial strategy of ABT. I mainly applied quantitative method for my research with 2 types of data include primary data was collected directly from ABT’s official website which was published and secondary data acquired from ABT’s audited financial statements in last five years 2011-2015 such as cash flow statement, income statement, balance sheet on the web size of HOSE (Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange). the intrinsic value of the shares of the company will be given with a several recommendations after the analysis, forecast and assessment are completed. | en_US |
