The effect of workplace environment on employee performance - In case of Dau Tieng rubber company - Binh Duong province
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the main factors of workplace environment affect employee performance at Dau Tieng Company, Binh Duong Province.
To determine the result of this study a quantitative research is applied. Data were collected from questionnaires sent via email, facebook, LinkedIn for employees. After collecting data, we have 220 questionnaire back because of some mistake when do the survey so there are 204 valid feedback.
After that data will be processed by SPSS 20 version to test Descriptive statistics, Reliability test, Exploratory Factors Analysis (EFA), Correlation test and Multiple Linear Regressions Analysis.
Linear regression model was built with the relationship between dependent variable - employee performance and six independent variables included supervisor, welfare, reward, training and development, physical work environment and communication. After testing the new model was adjusted with three independent variables included Welfare, Training and development and supervisor.
