In the purpose of understanding the impact of organizational justice in the job satisfaction in Vietnam, this thesis uses the Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation – The Parent Company as a case study to define what factors of job related to justice and how organizational justice might has an impact on job satisfaction. The model of four dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, divisional justice) has been used as the foundation for this study. Quantitative method was applied and questionnaire with 230 respondents was conducted. The respondents were randomly chosen and divided into four different age groups: under 30, 30-39, 40-49 and over 50 years old; with six different groups of education level: primary school, secondary school, high school, college, university and postgraduate; four different groups of position: workers, officer, factory manager and officer manager; and four different groups of working year at the company: under 3, 3-5, 5-10 and over 10 years. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis, and regression analysis. Through exploratory factor analysis, the research model is revised by combining the procedural dimension with interactional dimension into one dimension name procedural and interactional justice dimension. After running regression analysis and testing research model, there are enough evidences to conclude the relationship between independent variables (Distributive justice, Procedural and Interactional justice, Divisional justice) and dependent variable (Job satisfaction). Some conclusions and recommendations were made in order to increase the fairness within the company to enhance the job satisfaction of employees.en_US
