Factors affecting employee loyalty - The case of Lazada Vietnam
Abstract
Lazada Vietnam Company entered the market of Vietnam in 2012 and with its ways of recruiting and using human resources, the company gained some great initial success. However, as time goes by, good employees from Lazada Vietnam Company tend to leave for another jobs because of the bad and unsatisfied policy and treatment of Lazada Vietnam Company. Therefore, it is an urgent need to conduct an investigation with the aim to identify the factors that play crucial role in influencing employee loyalty and also evaluate the relationship between those factors and employee loyalty in the case of Lazada Vietnam. Moreover, based on the information gained of the discovered factors in influencing employee loyalty, we can suggest Lazada Vietnam Company to increase satisfaction and loyalty of the employees.
