| dc.description.abstract | This paper attempts to apply the business analysis and valuation approach on the
Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company (BMP). The process begins with the analysis of
the market as well as the industry in which the firm operates. Then the BMP’s strategies and financial performance are analyzed as the base for forecasting its prospects. Finally,
the Discounted Cash Flow valuation method is applied to estimate the enterprise intrinsic value. The study figured out that BMP has a leading position in the construction plastics
industry. However, the company is currently not priced properly by the market. | en_US |
