| dc.description.abstract | In the fierce competition and market fluctuation as today, in order to exist and grow stably, enterprises have to be dynamic and creative to build the appropriate business strategies for their own companies. Understanding that importance, the researcher carried out the study in An Giang Plant Protection Joint Stock Company (AGPPS) about this field to find out the strengths, weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats in order
to establish strategies for the company. Establishing business strategy will help AGPPS stabilize and concentrate on its objectives firstly by means of analyzing appropriate information. Furthermore, formulation and implementation of business strategy will create sound foundation for proposing the policy and resolution according to market fluctuation. In near future, AGPPS’s board of director would like to keep the leading position and increase market share. In the long term, the company wishes to become the leading distributor and manufacturer in Vietnamese agricultural sector. Therefore, building the business strategies for AGPPS from now to 2015 and proposing the solutions
for effective implementation of those strategies are essential. The researcher hopes that these proposed strategies will help the company keep the stable increase of sales, achieve proposed goals, gain expected sales, extend market share and keep the top position in
