In recent years, we have seen a big development of Vietnam financial market in trading and investing. A lot of Vietnamese financial investors are having big moves in the stock markets nowadays. We found that investors who think they are competent trade much more often and have huge internationally assets. In this research, we are going to investigate whether there are any differences in the competence level between demographic factors. After that, we will study the difference of investor trading frequency in terms of investor competence. Many numerous studies with the same topic had been established at many different countries. Now, we are going to make the same test at Vietnam, but mostly in Ho Chi Minh City because of the limitation of time. Through this study, I hopefully want to see the future improving results in Vietnamese financial investor behavior in their decision investing and trading process. In the other hand, the definition of “investor competence” will spread to be known more wisely. Therefore, it would lead to the improvement of Vietnam economy in the near future.en_US
