dc.description.abstractHuman resources management, especially recruitment process, is an important issue nowadays due to the war of talent in labor market. Thus, the present research focuses on examining the perceptions of talent business students about employer attractiveness concept and its dimensions in the context of Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam. Moreover, the research also extend investigating on the differential relationship between respondents‟ genders, working experience level and education program, and the perceived important level of each dimension of employer attractiveness when they seek for a job after graduation. The successful of this study was gained thank to the participant of 350 respondents in totally through the structured questionnaires; and among them, 301 questionnaires were valid which contributed to the response rate of 86%. The collected data was analyzed by the SPSS program and through six main steps of analyzing. The results showed that there are four main attractive factors (including Social Value, Economic Value, Application Value and Development Value) affecting to the perceptions of business students on job selection. Moreover, students with different genders and education program perceived differently on important level of employer attractiveness scale. This research also give some suggestions of practical implication on attracting potential talented employees in many organizations. It helps the recruiters could identify which factors are more important on graduated students‟ perception when they apply for a job. Then, they can make suitable adjustment on applying marketing strategies to recruitment process in order to be different from other recruiters.en_US
