dc.description.abstract―The aim of this suty is examined servant leadership affecting employees motivation in public uitity companies in Ho Chi Minh city towards extrinsic rewards. In this study, I use servant leadership as a main factor including extrinsic rewards in order to develop the conceptual framework for this study. The method applies for this study is quantitative method, by collecting survey from 215 respondents in public uitity companies in Ho Chi Minh city. After collecting data, the study is analyzed by using Cronbach alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM) to test relationship between these factors. The results of this study are supported by three hypotheses: servant leadership has a positive impact on employees motivation, servant leadership has a positive impact on extrinsic rewards, and extrinsic rewards has a positive impact on employees motivation. This study has theoretical and practical contributions to improve employees motivation at workplace.
