dc.description.abstract“Smartphone” is becoming one of the hottest word in modern social life, from students to housewives smart phone becoming a major device of people’s life. People, espeacially young generation using the smart phone all the time for many purpose like chatting with friends, sending message, listen to music, playing game and something they use it as a personal computer. Those factors affecting the demand toward smartphone in young people are complex nowaday and they ofter hard to be determined clearly. Consumer are now shifting their priority from a phone can only make call and sending text message to a higher level phone which compare with a computer. As a result, almost all the phone manufacturers are now focusing on producing as well as upgrading more and more Smartphone due to the rise of demand. The independent variables using to research in this thesis is the features of smartphones, brand, price tags and social influences. On the other hand, the main research variable used in this thesis is the Smartphone ‘s demand among young generation. In other words, the target respondents are the youngster that age number are between 18 to 31. This thesis is conducting in order to get an academic report about which factors affect the Smartphone ‘s demand among young generation.en_US
