Examining the relationship between rewards and employees' motivation in mobile game companies in Ho Chi Minh city - The case of Me Corp & Amanotes
Abstract
The thesis is built to examine the relationship between Intrinsic rewards, Extrinsic rewards, and Employees’ Motivation in Mobile Games Companies. It also helps to figure out how significant the factors are.
The model was conducted in order to develop the measurement scale in two mobile games companies in Ho Chi Minh city, which are Amanotes and ME Corp.
After 83 responses were collected, the data was encoded and analysed with SPSS 23 software to get the conclusion. Based on that, the companies may use it for improving the current situation.
