dc.description.abstractThe years spent for university maybe one of the most important times in a person’s life because it is a fundament preparation for an independent life after graduation when they have to support themselves financially without their parents’s help like before. And one of the biggest concerns for people is what they will do after graduation: it means a career to pursue. Nowadays, there is a great number of careers to choose. Among of these is working for the government. These people are called civil servants. Over the last few years, the government has attracted and provided employment for thousands of. Job satisfaction is a popular topic of many authors in the world to choose when need to conduct research for their degrees. However, among all paper undertaken in job satisfaction, little has been focused on the satisfaction of civil servants. What matters here is that these people are helping the government to manage the country. In one way or another, their work and contribution is very important. Their satisfaction should be paid attention to so that the government can have an effective workforce to manage the country well. Because of this reason, the purpose of this paper is to investigate what affect the job satisfaction of people working for the government as career. The targeted population for this paper will be those working in Tay Ninh province. This research is based on questionaire and approached by quantitative method. Participants are 441 civil servants attending a training course held by the Department of Home Affairs. The final result shows that Relationship with Leaer is the most influential factor to a their job satisfaction, whereas Recognition and Rewards and Job Description is the smallest consideration for when it comes to civil servants working in Tay Ninh’s job satisfaction.en_US
