| dc.description.abstract | The Danang International Firework festival has brought countless benefits to
Danang as well as Danang tourism industry. Thanks to innovation in not only program
content but also marketing method, the number of visitors has dramatically increased
year by year. Understanding its importance to Danang as well as Danang tourism industry,
this research was conducted in order to examine factors that impact on the visitors’
satisfaction when they participate in Danang International Firework Festival. Hopefully,
the outcome of this study can explain the contribution of five factors to the visitors’
satisfaction in Danang International Firework Festival. Honestly, the festival organizer
and local authorities can develop more suitable tactic to enhance the visitors’ satisfaction
as well as number of visitors coming to the firework festival.
This study was applied quantitative method as its methodology to identify the
impact of factors to visitors’ satisfaction in the firework festival. After spreading survey,
collecting data and analyzing the result, there were 5 variables causing positive influence
on the visitors’ satisfaction, especially, food quality cause highest impact on visitors’
satisfaction. In final chapter, there were recommendations not only for future research but
also organizer and local authority.
