dc.description.abstractThe experiment is constructed according to the sample of 75 companies that are provided in Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).The relationship between financial reporting quality (FRQ) and investment efficiency is examined in this evidence. The effect of short-term debt or other factors in financial statement (sale, cash flow operation (CFO),…) are also examined. The result of study is that it has significant relationship between financial reporting quality and investment efficiency based on the p-value of level alpha. As a result, the auditor should observe the financial statement carefully and the quality of financial statement is totally functional in the efficiency of investment.
