dc.description.abstractIn the context of economic competition becoming increasingly fierce, maintain talents for the company is one of the most important mission of any organization, especially in the retail business model. Therefore, comprehend what factors affect satisfaction of employees will contribute to strategic of retaining talents for the company. However, recently, the banking sector in Vietnam is still clutter. The 360-DF technique is commonly view as an effective tool in business administration, which provides people a valid overview about their behaviors, attitudes, performance, etc. through the lens of surrounding others. From there, expectedly, they can promote themselves and become better. Companies apply this model to their management team with the expectation of improving the performance of the management team, enhancing the happiness level of employees, and helping the organization grow. This study, through the lens of feedbacks, tries to explore to find out relationships between factors in management and the gratification of employees at Sacombank – a commercial bank in Vietnam. From analyzing 1,485 responses in the “Feedback on Administration’s Improvement” program at Sacombank, it found out that the ability of training employees and ability to plan and implement work of the management team are receive high appreciation from employees. Meanwhile the ability relating to receive and give feedback to peers or ability to create dynamic and energetic working averment, through the point of view from the respondents, seem not good.en_US
