dc.description.abstractThe paper is aimed to investigate the factors impacting career choice intention of Generation Z as a supportive information for human resource in Vietnam for future recruitment. The study is conducted by quantitative approach with data collection from 254 respondents in Ho Chi Minh city in April 2019. The results were investigated by descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, discriminant validity and hypothesis testing. The research figures out a significant finding: three factors including Attitude to Entrepreneur Mindset, Peer Pressure and Vocational Guidance have positive influence on Career Choice Intention while Family is in the opposite. The research contributes to the field of human resources as well as marketing by highlighting the remarkableness of these factors which linked to some characteristics of Generation Z.
