The impact of job stress on job satisfaction of pre-primary school teachers in Ho Chi Minh city
Abstract
The objective of this writing is to indicate which factors potentially influence
to Job Inconvenience of nursery teachers and indicates how strong they impact to them.
Besides, the study involved in illustrating what is the relationship between Job Stress and
Job Delight. For the sake of testing these questions, a survey was conducted with 258
acceptable answers from many educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh city. The author
decided to use Quantitative statistics to examining the set of data by using SPSS version
21.00 for checking descriptive statistics, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis.
Moreover, the author also use the Amos program for testing the correlation among these
factor and the level of these bounds.
Eventually, the results of studies indicates that all five independent factors are
supported to affect positive to Job Stress. In among them, the factor related to Children
have an biggest influence to the level of stress experience the educationalists underwent.
Besides, the work-home balance also have a great impact. This statement somewhat is
different compared to the other studies about the work-home conflict variables. It is
common that Job Stress negatively influence to Job Delight of the teacher. In among
these factors, work condition is explained as the most stressful factor, the second is the
problems of children misbehaviors. Work-home interface is also a considerable factor
affecting to the stress level. From those studied illustration, there are proposed some
recommendations and strategies for stress teacher decreasing and improving the working
performance both individuals and community. This also help improves children
sustainable development in long-term objectives.
