The purpose of this descriptive and exploratory study is to answer two questions about (1) what are the risks impacting on the projects of the company SC5, and (2) the level of impact of these risks on the projects. For first question, the model in the research “Risk assessment for Construction Joint Venture in China” of L.Y.Shen, George W.C.Wu, and Catherine S.K.Ng is used as the basis for the interviews with experts to discuss what risks impact on the project of company until now. As for the second question, exploratory factor analysis and multiple linear regressions are two major statistical approaches used for scale purification and finding the level of impact of risks. The population for this study is composed of 38 project managers, 46 vice project managers, 67 engineers, and 27 work construction supervisors.en_US
