dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors influencing the behavior of using Facebook as a support tool for learning English within the student community. A quantitative method was approached with 332 data collected from respondents in six member universities of Vietnam National University, Hochiminh city (VNU- HCMC) in April 2019. The results were examined by descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and hypothesis testing. The finding shows that Self-efficacy has the strongest effect on the Intention of using Facebook for learning English, followed by Perceived Enjoyment and Perceived Usefulness. Meanwhile, the positive influence of Perceived Ease of Use on the Intention to use was not supported. Also, the Intention factor does affect the Behavior to Use positively. This research is hoped to be a significant contribution to the field of education.
