dc.description.abstractThe study has mainly analyzed the continuance behavior of user toward technology system in the context of Food Delivery Apps. By coordinating the extended model of IT continuance and the theory of information overload as the foundation of conceptual theories, this study aims to test apps continuance behavior toward Food Delivery Apps. A total of 246 valid respondents were collected by quantitative method from consumer who had experience with the Food Delivery Apps to statistically analyze the theoretical model by using SPSS software and PROCESS Macro for SPSS. The results illustrate that post-usage usefulness, perceived information overload and apps convenience have a significant influence on app continuance behavior through the mediator in term of apps satisfaction. There are both negative and positive relationship between constructs. The managerial implication and limitation are also discussed.en_US
