dc.description.abstractTo analyze a company has two main approaches: Financial Analysis and Valuation. In this study, firstly I do business analysis which can give me the whole picture of the pharmaceutical industry as well as company s state. Secondly, financial ratios analysis is conducted. Then, the most important part are forecasting and valuating Domesco import- export joint stock corporation (DMC). In this stage, two different valuation approaches are applied for DMC to find out its intrinsic value. One is discounted cash flow and the other is relative valuation. Different valuation approach gives different results of the share price. Based on the valuation matrix of these approaches, a final intrinsic value of the stock is given, together with the investment recommendation. Moreover, the results are sensitive to many assumptions, thus, risk analysis are also cited. DMC presents as one of leading companies in Vietnam pharmaceutical industry which performed efficiently and effectively. In short, the study on DMC analysis and valuation concludes that DMC stock is a potential stock in the future and invest in this stock can be a right choice.en_US
