Business plan create an entepreneurship in beauty industry at HCMC- air beauty centre
Abstract
The research project is conducted based on some previous theories about consumer behavior. Besides, Strategic tools which are SWOT analysis and Marketing Mix are used to identifying business‟s competitive advantage and developing a set of strategies in order to that business enters into the market.
The research method is a qualitative, by using interview to collect primary data. Eight qualitative interviews are conducted with young girls under 35s in order to get the full view about what they needs in beauty market at HCMC.
The results indicate that young girls under 35s have high demand on renting costumes instead of buying before have events or parties in order to save money. Therefore, a business plan for Air Beauty Center is created based on estimating demands and analyzing competitors to make sure that it will be success and profitable.
