dc.description.abstractIn recent years, there have been many breakthroughs of technology all around the world. Even though this field does not account for largest portion in Vietnam‟s GDP, it is located as one of key drivers for a country‟s further development in next decades. Since this sector is attractive and competitive, a concern about human capital comes as no surprise. Many other previous researches have jumped into investigate human‟s attitudes at workplace in varied industries, which is expected to provide better recommendation and contribution to practical status. However, due to different characteristics and figures each industry possess, this raises a need to conduct specific research in technology sector under context of Vietnam. This research with 628 samples collected from technical employees working for Tele-communication, Electricals & Electronics and Information Technology in Ho Chi Minh city aims to figure out core determinants of employee satisfaction, employee performance. Coupled with it, the relationship between two key constructs will be reaffirmed. The data are analyzed by using of SPSS and Smart PLS 3.0 software to come out with results that: Career Development, Teamwork, Working Environments, Relationships with Managers, Organizational Supports and Compensation & Benefits have positive direct effect to Employee Satisfaction and to Employee Performance (except Career Development and Compensation & Benefits). This research presents critical contribution for this research field of technology as well as practical application for organizer in this related industry.en_US
