dc.description.abstractThis research aims to investigate the impact of workers' feelings of obligation and transformational leadership on retention in the distant setting of perceived organizational support in remote work context in Ho Chi Minh City. A questionnaire survey yielded a total of 300 valid responses, which were analyzed using quantitative research design and regression analysis. Perceptions of support inside the company had a substantial impact on how long employees stayed with the company. Feelings of duty and transformative leadership also had a favorable and substantial impact on mediators' plans of quitting, according to the findings. Perceived organizational support, in particular, was shown to have a large and beneficial impact on employee retention through the sense of commitment that workers felt. Only a small portion of the link between the perception of organizational support and retention was mediated by transformative leadership. With those results, the research offered some recommendations for other research in the future. And, the most important suggestion were to apply of the study in other ares, societies, and nations. The suggestion that exploration of this topic under other kind of collecting method - qualitative, and the use of other sampling techniques also are mentioned in the last chapter.en_US
