dc.description.abstractThis graduation aims to achieve three main goals. Firstly, this study attempts to evaluate service quality of customer service of APL Logistics from customer viewpoints. Secondly, the research has developed to find out the critical factors that influence customer satisfaction. And final goal is to propose solutions for improving service quality of customer service of APL Logistics Vietnam. The study is conducted by interviewing ten customers of APL Logistics Vietnam. The results have indicated that the most important factor influences customer satisfaction of customer service in Vietnam logistics market is reliability, following by responsiveness, assurance, tangibles, and empathy.en_US
