dc.description.abstractNowadays, human resource has become an essential part in development process of organizations. Human resource management is very necessary inputs to increase organization’s efficiency. One of key things of evaluating effective management in human resource is performance evaluation. It is in this spirit that performance appraisal of International University was designed. In this paper, it is argued that human resource development/ improvement of performance appraisal system of International University must be supported by appropriate methods and tools so as to achieve intended objectives. In order to develop strong performance evaluation system of International University, it is necessary to identify problems arising in this system and find the ways of overcoming them. Lastly, effective model of performance appraisal system need to be established in order to give highly accurate, fair and applicable evaluations. Performance appraisal system therefore must be reviewed from time to time to keep a consistent improvement to the changing environment. This paper presents the key problems in performance evaluation system of International University. It also suggest some effective methods and models in enhancing development of performance appraisal system of International University.en_US
