Implimencation to a marketing strategy. A case of wild beach resort and spa
Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to suggest the recommendations in products and promotions for Wild Beach resort and spa that can be helpful in attracting customers’ awareness and increasing sales throughout the analysis of internal and external environment ( exactly is the customers behavior toward the resort industry and the current status of Wild Beach resort and spa).
In order to collect the data, I conducted a questionnaire and sent to students
and customers of 4 selected customer fields (students, staffs, business men and Wild Beach’s customers), with the help of Wild Beach managers and friends as well as relatives. With 300 questionnaires distributed to the respondents, 292 questionnaires (97.33%) were returned and 275 questionnaires (91, 67%) responses were usable for data analysis.
