dc.description.abstractThis study recommends some suitable methods to improve HR management of Asia Shoes Company to help it retain good workers. From that, it can sustain a rich work force for its manufacturing system. Based on qualitative research method, in-depth interviews were used to collect data. The source of data stemmed from the HR department’s reports of the company, which were seen as primary data. Also, I used secondary data as the expert’s opinion on articles, journals, and internet as well. Besides that, a small questionnaire was applied in order to investigate biggest desires from the employees to the firm. This Study helps Asia Shoes retain good workers as well as sustain a rich work-force for the company. It is a good reference for any company wants to get successful in managing and developing its staff of people, too. Key words in this Study are human resource and human resource management.en_US
