dc.description.abstractHow to keep high performing employee is one of challenges facing for many businesses when they are coming up to a new century of globalization. The market for talented and skilled employees is tight, so that employers have to keep their key employees from leaving and working for another company, especially for competitors. The reason is not only the cost for hiring and training new one but also the transfer of technology, knowledge and other intangible things. This study discusses about the training, salary, other benefit, and working environment which are considered as the main factors affected to employee’s satisfaction and retention activities of Saigon3 Joint Stock Company. The result highlighted the importance of working environment contribute to great significant of employee action/attitude for determination of commitment with organizational or not. Working environment factor helps the company increase the satisfaction of employee to feel convenience at workplace and want to work at there. The training, salary, other benefit factors for employees also play an important role to contribute of employee satisfaction and retention. All of these factors contribute a partial significant to recognize company’s strength and weakness to improve the satisfaction and retention in the future. Moreover, based on the research result in this study; company can develop the strategy to improve the weaknesses of making employee leaving, implement the plan for human resource department of company.en_US
