| dc.description.abstract | The thesis went through business analysis and valuation process of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Corporation (PVFCCo- DPM). There are three important issued which carry out during the research. They are including business analysis, financial analysis, and prospective analysis. First of all, the strategy analysis gives a general view about macro economy in World and Vietnam. Especially, focus on analyzing the fertilizer industry; identify PVFCCo’s key profit drivers and the firm’s competitive advantages. Secondly, financial analysis will evaluate the performance of PVFCCo in context of its stated strategy by using ratio analysis. Finally, prospective analysis will forecast key items in financial statements to estimate the firm’s intrinsic value. Moreover, the results
are sensitive to many assumptions, thus, risk analysis are presentation. Then it draw conclusion, providing benefit reference for investors to who are interested with DPM
