dc.description.abstractResearch Subjects: Manufacturer, Distributor and within BH city. Due to the restriction on data availability and the research topic, this thesis will focus on the data listed on Vinacafe JSC’s annual reports from 2009 to 2010. The research will use the data collected in Bien Hoa city. The collected data will be covered during February 2012 to reflect as much sufficient and unbiased information as possible. Although the research has some contributions, it still has some limitations: - The interview was limited because it was done only with the Sale Manager and Distributors in Bien Hoa city; therefore, it just represents for the demand, expectation, psychology of all distribution channels throughout Vietnam. - The result of this study can only represent for the case of distribution channel of Vinacafe JSC. It may not be representative for either other industries or companies. - The effectiveness of Vinacafe’s distribution channel will be evaluated based on the criteria listed in this study, other criteria will be not ensured.en_US
