dc.description.abstractSale is considered as one of the most important steps for development and success of all firms, Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DORUCO), which is a member in natural rubber industry, is not excepting. If firm has good human resource, high technology, and concentrate on research and the producing products, but what will occur if firm cannot sale their product. Firm will get nothing and cannot growth. Therefore, define the factors effect on the sales performance and adjust the factors to improve sales performance is necessary task for DORUCO. To do that, the data from business department will be collected and conduct regression analysis to determine how the factors effect on the sales performance. After getting the result from analysis, thesis will suggest the appropriate strategy for improving sales performance. Although the limitation of the thesis, hope that the thesis will contribute implications for Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company when they want to improve sales performance.en_US
