Logistic decision for Saigon Co.op

Abstract

In retailer industry, supply chain is a critical issue to the success of business. In general, the supply chain includes factors: logistic decision management, inventory management, quality control, etc. This research aims to examine a specific factor in supply chain of Saigon Co.op, which is logistic decision’s performance. First, the entire current logistic decision is studied and examined. At the same time, models are constructed in order to find out problems and test for the effectiveness. The results yielded from models will tell if current logistic decision’s performance is good or not. If not, solutions are proposed in order to improve the performance.
