dc.description.abstractIn the crisis economy period majority companies face to financial troubles; it causes difficulty in keeping human resource because the companies are not generous to spend much money on salary as they did in the past. To overcome this problem now many organizations realize that non-financial factors of improving employee engagement are more important than extra cash. Because of the power of these factors, many companies focus on improving them to keep their value human beings. Realizing the importance of these non-monetary motivators in building engaged employees, choosing a case study in Thanh Cong Textile Garment-Investment-Trading Joint Stock Company, this research is conducted to report the situation of engagement of employees. Moreover it figures out core factors impacting engagement of employees in the company then gives optimal recommendations to improve them.en_US
