dc.description.abstractThis study is conducted in order to acknowledgement the Performance Appraisal practice in specific organization TOC. A research is to understand and observe the relationship between Performance Appraisal satisfaction and Work Performance, within the mediator Intrinsic Motivation. This study has been progressed from October 2012 to First 2013 in TOC, Hochiminh city. The review of literature, related theories and former researches‟ purposes different model of Performance Appraisal satisfaction, Work Performance, Intrinsic Motivation and relationship between them. The theoretical framework inherited from the previous research of Meysam et al. in 2012 and Rajendran in 2005. The in-depth interview is to reconsider and fit the variable Performance Appraisal satisfaction, Intrinsic Motivation and Work Performance into TOC context. After that, the items were adjusted and did pilot test for checking the questionnaire. Finally, the data collecting stage, with the answers from 150 participations and analyzed by SPSS software. The final results come up 3 variables but less (different) items inside, and they have positive relationship with each other. The relationship between Performance Appraisal satisfaction and Work Performance are positive, and there is and positive mediating influence from Intrinsic Motivation to the relationship of Performance Appraisal satisfaction and Work Performance. Although there are several limitations, this study still provide some practical implications and recommendations to observe the relationship between Performance Appraisal satisfaction and Work Performance, within the mediator Intrinsic Motivation in TOC context, and base knowledge for further research on TOC in particular and human resource management in generals.en_US
