dc.description.abstractIn daily life, communication is an essential tool in transfer the message from the sender to the receiver. Lack of communication, people will face many difficulties in sharing information, thinking, and the knowledge in order to improve themself. Internal communication is a type of communication is limited in an organization. In a business organization, internal communication plays an important role in providing information related to company goals, job objectives, working experiences to employees to achieve success. SCAVI is the first Foreign Invested Company to be established in Vietnam in 1988, which employ presently around 10,000 people in Vietnam (Mother Company), Laos, China and France. Because of the diversity of the role of each department, to achieve the goal, SCAVI needs to build strong relationship with each functional department and customers. And they had developed an effective internal communication process. The objective of the research is find out which the factors control the effectiveness of internal communication at SCAVI Company and how effective internal communication improve employees performance. The aim of the research was to find out how satisfied the personnel of SCAVI Joint Stock Company is with internal communication, which channels the personnel would like to receive and send information in internal communication, which content are focused on each conversation preferred to use and finding possible suggestions for controlling organizational internal communication in the company as well as employee performance improvement. The empirical part is carried out by a qualitative research using a questionnaire. The number of returned questionnaires was 250 from the total 285 distributed. The research results show that the personnel of SCAVI Company are quite satisfied with the current internal communication and effective internal communication has many impacts on their performance.en_US
