dc.description.abstractIn recent economic situation, many corporations have taken in lack of capital for operation and continuous development with lower in revenues and profits for decreasing returns. Besides, a source of foreign investment is actually effective solution in order to fully break serious problems and challenges into small pieces with essential solving methods. According last month statistical data in 2012, it has increase trend in amount of capital from foreign investors as Japan, Korean, China, Taiwan and Singapore which flows into Vietnamese companies that gives a help to overcome negative effects from global economic crisis recently. Hence, Vietnam Government and Head of Industry should understand and find out the best ways for attract as more foreign investment as possible by clarifying each aspects of all determinants of FDI in details and how the investors satisfied with investment environment in Vietnam. So, finally this investigation is conducted in order that Vietnam industry, especially corporations and companies can realize disadvantages and improve advantages to perfectly finish responsibility of attracting foreign sources of capital. It is so necessary for success of this studyto have the contribution of many methods and findings from several diversified previous researches. In additional, the supports also come from theoretical backgrounds and empirical evidences of famous economic researchers in the world as The Early Neoclassical Theory of Pitelis & Sugden on 2000, The Product Life Cycle Theory, Raymond Verron in 1966, The Internalization Theory, Buckley and Casson in 1976, and especially The Eclectic Paradigm or OLI paradigm, was developed by Dunning on periods of 1981 and 1988. It totally referred on the three determinants of Ownership advantage, Location advantage and Internalization conditions. In the other hand, to be tested for the degree of accuracy in these theories, a thesis needs to conduct a survey process with a completed questionnaire, which is suitable with whole relevant content to topic. After collecting all of survey results from respondents, next step is checking and making the statistics on data to find out the results and the consistency between factors by using the SPSS methods.en_US
