Three compounds including 2-epi-Lycorine (CLM103 and CLM2), β- Sitosterol-3-O-β-glucopyranoside (CLM3) and β- Sitosterol (CLM4) were isolated from the methanol extract from bulbs of Crinium latifolium Linn that was provided by Hong Dai Viet manufacture and commerce Co., Ltd (Hoa Hiep Industrial Zone, Dong Hoa district, Phu Yen province). Their structures were elucidated by NMR (1D and 2D-NMR). Among them, 2-epi-Lycorine (CLM103 and CLM2) was evaluated cytotoxicity against the human ovary HeLa cancer cell line with IC50 = 3.48±0.429 μg/mL and breast MCF-7 cancer cell line with IC50 = 0.75±0.072 μg/mL.
