dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find a way minimizes risk of injuries or illness of workers when working by hands. This research is conducted at Hung Vuong Company. The problem of company is solving difficult of workers, which they have to face with diseases, especially, musculoskeletal disorders. In this thesis, the application knowledge of ergonomics and work design, Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method were used to find the problem related with worker’s motions and reduce the risk of injuries/illness in worker’s motions when working. Besides that, Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) is applied for measuring time after improving worker’s motion.
