| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to implementation of Lean Manufacturing in Tools in Garments Manufacturing in order to increase excess the bottle neck and Increase capacity. Be sides that, eliminating waste in system is also another objective.
In this study, lean manufacturing tools and techniques were studies and applied in a case study carried out in a garment manufacturing industry. After a literature study on the applications of lean manufacturing in textile and garment industries, some of the most promising tools were applied, namely the 5S, group technology and line balancing, etc… Having completed an analysis to the company’s productive system, a plan was developed to implement some solutions for the main problems.
