dc.description.abstractTo create multiple objective aggregate production planning problem, this paper suggests an implementation of decision support system based on De Novo concept that support aggregate production planning. The thesis paper researches in the real multistage production serving from the local factory to clients, with seasonal demand. Moreover, the real system had requirements that are not usually considered on aggregate production planning (APP) literature, but has been designed and calibrated in a prototype-validation iteration process. The system has been used Lingo software to solve the APP core and Microsoft Excel 2010 design minimum possible user face. The limitation due to the use of non-commercial software has been counted. Moreover, the Goal Programming technique also supported. This technique is optional option for decision maker to give more nominated alternatives. In conclusion, the research finding has present in order to illustrate some recommendations for Dinh Vang Company in Vietnam market, especially in Ho Chi Minh city. Although this study has some advantages, this research is also faced some limitations that need to be solved in the further study in order to investigate other factors that production planning problem.
