| dc.description.abstract | This senior project does the research in Vietnamese phonetics. It contains the theory of Vietnamese phonetic system, shows the analyzed result of the pitch and the formant of 7 vowels, 6 tones, and the contribution of consonant and vowels in a word. The database is built by the voice of 7 chosen people speaking different dialects and is recorded in the same environment that has less noise. Recording equipment is not the best quality. To illustrate the results, I use a Matlab GUI. The GUI can record voice or load the recorded data, then display the amplitude, the spectrogram. | en_US |
